The mackerel, tuna, swordfish, and salmon, already cooked and skinned and deboned, are blended together with the ingredients that characterize each cream or pâté. The creams thus obtained are packaged in glass jars of various sizes, tightly sealed, sterilized, washed, labeled, and packaged in shrink-wrapped packs for shipping.
