As tradition dictates, this sauce is prepared with the black liquid contained in the squid's sac, which serves as its defense mechanism in the sea, skillfully mixed with a few simple ingredients: tomato, salt, olive oil, and a pinch of chili pepper.

Tomato puree 92% (Origin Italy), squid ink 2% (Sepia Linnaeus), olive oil, salt, chili pepper.

No preservatives or starch added. May contain traces of pistachios and almonds.
